What does an authorized distributor actually mean?
Short answer
It means the manufacturer itself issued a document in the name of Gulf Service Vaping Co. allowing us to buy its products and distribute them directly, with no middleman. GS Vaping holds 9 such certificates — so the stock reaching our shelves comes from the factory or its official distributor, not from the grey market.

Why a distribution certificate matters
The same vape product can reach Kuwait through two very different routes: one that runs from the factory straight to the shop, and one that passes through intermediaries nobody can trace. The packaging looks identical either way. The difference shows up in the flavour, in how long the device lasts, and in whether anyone can help you when something goes wrong.
A distribution certificate is the written proof of the first route. When a brand you are buying is covered by one, you know exactly where the stock came from, who stands behind it, and on what basis you can come back to us if there is a problem.

Stock arrives from the factory or its official distributor, so the flavour you buy is the one the manufacturer actually made — same formulation, same strength printed on the box.
Fresh batches
Authorized shipments come in recent production runs with clear dates, instead of stock that has circulated between warehouses for years and reaches you flat or altered.
Support and replacement
An authorization gives us a direct line to the manufacturer, so a genuine manufacturing fault is handled under a defined policy rather than left to the shop’s discretion.

Every card below carries the same fields, taken literally from the document, so you can compare for yourself instead of relying on our summary:

- Territory — shown only where the document names Kuwait explicitly. Its absence means the certificate states no territory, not that we left something out.
- Certificate no. — where one is printed, and it can be used to verify directly with the manufacturer.

We use the exact wording each document carries — “Official Distributor”, “Authorized Distributor” or “Authorized Exclusive Distributor” — and never upgrade it. We say “in Kuwait” only where the certificate itself names Kuwait.

The name on the document should be ours: Gulf Service Vaping Co., Gulf Service, or GS Vaping. Manufacturers abbreviate it differently, and all of these refer to the same company registered in Kuwait.

What is the difference between an authorized and an exclusive distributor?
An authorized distributor is approved by the manufacturer to sell the brand. An exclusive distributor is the only party approved for the territory or the model named in the document. We use the exact wording each certificate carries, and we mention Kuwait only where the document itself names it.
How can I verify one of these certificates?

Are all products in the store covered by a certificate?
No. These certificates cover the brands listed on this page only. Other brands in the catalogue come from approved regional suppliers, and the absence of a certificate here does not mean a product is not genuine.
When is this page updated?
We publish each certificate as soon as the manufacturer issues it, and we replace a document when a newer version arrives or its scope changes. This page is the official record of our authorizations, and nothing goes on it that we cannot show in full.
