Pod vs coil

The pod is the small reservoir that clips onto your device and holds the e-liquid. The coil is the internal heating element that turns that liquid into vapour. On some devices the coil is built into the pod, so you replace the whole pod; on others you replace the coil alone and keep the pod.

What we carry

• Prefilled pods — filled at the factory, clip in and use, then discard. The easiest and cleanest option.
• Refillable pods — empty pods you fill with whichever salt nicotine e-liquid you prefer. Cheaper, with unlimited flavour choice.
• Replacement coils — consumable parts replaced periodically to keep the flavour clean.

Finding the right fit

Pods and coils are not universal — each device takes a pod and coil made specifically for that name and model. Before ordering, check your exact device name (for example OXVA Xlim or Uwell Caliburn), because a pod built for one model will not fit another, even from the same brand. If you are unsure, send us your model and we will confirm the match.

Frequently asked questions

What does resistance (ohm) mean?

Resistance determines vapour output and draw style. Higher resistances (above 1.0 ohm) give a mouth-to-lung draw with less vapour and suit higher-strength e-liquids. Lower resistances (below 0.8 ohm) give more vapour and a direct-to-lung draw.

Why does a brand new coil taste burnt?

Because it has not had time to saturate. After fitting any new coil, fill the pod and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes before the first puff, and take a couple of draws without firing so the wick soaks through.

How often should I clean the pod?

Every time you change flavour, or roughly once a week. Rinse with warm water and let it dry completely before refilling.
