• Due to the nature of our products, selling any items to individuals under the legal age of smoking (21 years) in the State of Kuwait is strictly prohibited.
• Delivery agents or branch staff reserve the right to request official identification (Civil ID) upon order delivery to verify the buyer’s age.
• If the buyer is found to be under the legal age, the order will be cancelled immediately without delivery.

• Opened e-liquids, disposable vapes, pods, tanks, or coils cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or dispatched from the store, for public health reasons.
• The only exception is devices with a “manufacturing defect” preventing operation, which must be reported with the original packaging within 24 hours of receipt.

• The use of vape devices and e-cigarettes is solely at the user’s responsibility.
• The store is not liable for product misuse or the use of incompatible chargers leading to device damage.
