How do you choose the right vape device?

Your choice comes down to the draw you prefer — mouth-to-lung (MTL) or direct-to-lung (DTL) — plus battery capacity, device power, and the type of tank or pod. Larger devices produce more vapour but need more maintenance and more frequent coil changes.

What is the difference between MTL and DTL?

MTL draws the vapour into the mouth first, then inhales — less vapour, higher nicotine strength. DTL draws straight into the chest — more vapour, lower nicotine strength.

How do you look after the device?

Wipe e-liquid residue from where the tank or pod seats, keep the device out of the sun and out of the car, and change the coil before it burns.

How do you extend battery life?

Unplug once charging completes, use a suitable cable and charger, and avoid running the battery flat repeatedly.

Why won't the device draw or fire?

Check the battery is charged and the device is switched on, clean the contact points between pod and device, and make sure the coil is seated correctly and was primed before use.
